These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by Macvette (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a product, you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

Products are sold in their current condition at the time of purchase, without any guarantees, or representations regarding the quality, condition, functionality, or suitability for a particular purpose.

2. Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect products after receiving. Customers are expected to report any defects or issues within five (5) business days of receiving product and prior to installation or usage. After this five (5) day period, the sale is complete and the Company is not responsible for any defects or issues, whether visible or hidden.

3. Final Sale

All sales of products are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted after purchase unless required by applicable law.

4. Limitation of Liability​

a. Company Responsibility
The Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use a product.

b. Customer Responsibility
The Customer assumes all risks associated with the purchase and use of products, including but not limited to risks of damage, failure, or unsuitability.
